We are leading a ride when the first snow hits for this season and it's looking like it's getting close! We have a Ride Page dedicated to this ride - read up there as to how to know when the time to ride has come. We ride if the snow is going to fall for the duration of the ride (without turning to rain), and some accumulation has to be expected.
Be sure to be ready well in advance, which means it's wise to charge your lights today and get your winter boots and gloves out now. At this point, it's looking like it *MIGHT* be happening this Thursday late in the evening. We keep you posted by way of Instagram and Twitter. Both of these feeds shows up on our website so you don't have to use either of these in order to see the latest news.

Riding in the snow is peaceful and primitive, and some of the best fun to be had in the winter - or really, all year. One of our favorite pastimes is riding in snowfall. You can hear the snow crunching under your tires. It's such a quiet time; all sound is suppressed by the snowfall. No one is out on the roads and trails. And you float through it with perfect comfort, warmth, and calm.
