The Craft gloves we have will keep your fingers warm in most weather while being comfortable while gripping the handlebars. If there's one thing that discourages riding in cold weather, it's cold hands and toes.

We have Pearl Izumi lobster gloves which come in handy in the deepest cold. They help keep fingers together and warm. There's also room in these gloves for hand warmers (chemically heated packets) when it is even more frigid.
